This opening is for our collections representative position, whose primary responsibility is to provide account level service to consumers, and facilitate repayment agreements for customer accounts.
Candidates should possess good communication skills with the ability to work independently.
Our primary focus is customer service, and creating a positive experience for our consumers.
We do not require collections or office job experience and welcome interested candidates of all backgrounds to apply.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
