Work along side your team to ensure an engaging, committed, confident, inviting atmosphere for all customers while delivering high-quality fresh food offerings and products.
Perform excellent customer service and supervisory skills at all times Maintain company standard for fresh food preparation and delivery Properly train and supervise store personnel Maintain a clean, friendly store environment Perform daily store management and reporting duties Grow sales by operational excellence Monitor sales trends Ensure compliance with all company, county, state and federal policies, procedures and regulations including, but not limited to food, tobacco and alcohol regulations Maintain respectful working relationship with vendors Supervision, compliance, and development of all store employees Minimum
Qualifications:
Face to face customer service experience Able to respond to location emergencies in a timely manner 21 years of age Valid NYS Driver's license that meets company policy Reliable transportation Ability to work various schedules (days, evenings, nights), including weekends, holidays and additional hours as needed _Food/restaurant experience is a plus_ _Experience and Serve Safe Certification is a plus!_#IND123Job Type:
