Administrative duties include:
Printing contracts - received via Docusign Obtain and maintain all subcontractor documents to include:
Waivers, Subcontractor agreement and certificates of liability insurance Receives, sorts and routes mail Separate Invoices into Subcontractor/Vendor.
Log all subcontractors and process.
Operates standard office equipment to include multi-line telephone system, fax machine, calculator, postage meter, copier and computer/printer.
Types correspondence and memorandums in proper format, proofreads and mails as assigned Orders, receives and maintains office supplies Prepares outgoing mail using postage meter and monitors the machine to maintain an adequate supply of postage Files and retrieves files and records each day Receives and responds to inquiries and complaints via telephone, mail or in person and processes information in an efficient manner Contacts appropriate company for necessary preventive maintenance/service on office equipment Creates and implements an organized filing system for various company documents.
Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Office with emphasis on Excel.
