We are a 24/7 business and our shifts are most commonly scheduled as 7am-3pm, 3p-11pm and 11p-7am.
We are looking to hire someone willing and able to work weekend shifts.
The successful candidate will be welcoming, efficient, professional, computer savvy, and willing to assist other departments.
As Front Desk Representative the employee is the first point of contact with the guest.
Not only responsible to check guests in and out but will ensure that each guest is more than comfortable with their stay and provide guests with the best possible service.
Duties include:
Accurate handling of guest reservation, check-in, check-out, payment, including credit card and cash handling procedures Proficient administration of the hotel's electronic reservation system Prompt, friendly response to guest requests or concerns with follow-up to ensure satisfaction Compliance with hotel safety programs and brand procedures, including emergency and security systems Supplying information on hotel services and area information and directions Please apply with your day of week and shift availability.
