Senior Product Engineer

Design and develop advanced systems and products for automotive thermal applications, generally targeting electrified vehicles Perform engineering analysis, simulation and control algorithm development via multiple software platforms such as MATLAB/Simulink, STAR CCM+ and C++. Lead prototype part build activities including primary part sourcing through suppliers or the in-house build facility. Provide technical direction to designers and suppliers. Develop, issue and maintain engineering documents such as specifications. Design and validate products & release engineering designs that meet customer requirements. Develop project plans and manage project execution considering performance, timing and budget. Execute MAHLE customer projects and make technical presentations to customers. Create technical publications, such as SAE Technical Papers. Participate in Industry forums such as SAE's Technical Committees. High level of computer competency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, & MS Project. Excellent communication skills including written and presentation. Impress us - with your professional and personal skills. Masters of Science in Engineering required; PhD desired Five to 10 years of post-graduate work or research. Mechanical Engineering or equivalent degree with thermodynamic systems and/or component design experience Previous project management, team leader or managerial experience Domestic/international travel with/without overnight stay may be required. The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
